We’re open Monday – Sunday, 8.30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. GMT, which means we welcome all inquiries and orders 7 days a week! We will aim to get back to any messages within 24 hours (but we’re pretty quick).

What products do you offer?
We offer a huge selection of products from wall art prints to wall stickers. Fox and Canvas is not limited to home decor, we also produce custom products for businesses and various events.
Do you offer personalised products?
Yes! Almost all of our products can be personalised to suit you! We also offer a 'Create your own' service for wall stickers! If you provide us with your requirements such as any details, size, colour(s) and a high quality image or vector of your required design to email@example.com, we will email you back with a quote! We will then work with you via email to perfect your design. This service is perfect for businesses, events or if you simply require something purely unique for your home.
Where can I apply the wall stickers and are they removable?
We offer a selection of 'Wall stickers' which aren't limited to only walls! Our vinyl can be applied to walls, windows, smooth furniture surfaces, cars, vans, laptops and even drink ware (perfect for weddings and parties!) Our stickers are removable but cannot be re-positioned and can be removed by being gently peeled from surface or with a low heat setting on a hairdryer.
How long will the wall stickers last?
Our vinyl is of the highest quality and has a life expectancy of a minimum 5 year outdoor use and up to 10 years indoors.
What sizes are your prints and are they framed?
Our prints generally come in two sizes - A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) or A3 (29.7cm x 42.0cm). We recommend getting in touch if you would prefer a different size and we will be happy to help you. Our prints do not come framed however our standard sizes are designed to fit off the shelf frames such as 'Ribba' from Ikea and many frames from other outlets.
Do you offer Gift Cards or vouchers?
Yes! We know it can be difficult buying for someone else and sometimes a gift card or voucher is the best option. We offer digital gift vouchers which are beautifully designed and will be emailed to you upon purchase along with instructions and terms and conditions. Our voucher prices range from £10 to £100, however if you require a specific amount then please get in touch.
What are the terms and conditions for your gift cards or vouchers?
You will be sent a copy of the terms and conditions with your digital voucher or gift card and these can also be found on the gift voucher/card product page as well as below: - Gift Vouchers and e-vouchers redeemed at our website can only be used on our website. - Gift Vouchers expire one year from date of purchase. This date will be on the front of the voucher. - Our Gift Voucher can be used as full or part payment for any purchase and does not have to be used in full at any one time. - Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. - If a product is returned to us that has been purchased using a Gift Voucher, the value will be refunded back onto that Gift Voucher, or a new Gift Voucher will be issued. - Offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
Is discount available?
Yes! We know everyone loves a bargain so we offer discounts often and we don't require you to follow our social media profiles to benefit from them. When running, discount codes can be found at the top of our website. We also post special discount codes on our Instagram page which offer huge savings so keep an eye on that!
How do I leave a review?
To leave a verified review, simply log in to your account. On your account page, click on the 'orders' tab and then view the relevant order - you will then be able to leave a review of the product that you ordered.
How long does delivery take?
The majority of our orders are produced within 1 business day, custom orders can take between 1-3 business days to process but varies depending on your consultation feedback as we perfect your design. We ship with Royal Mail who aim to deliver to UK within 1-3 business days, Europe within 3-5 business days and United States/ Rest of The World within 5-7 business days. Please be patient with deliveries as some items may be temporarily delayed due to circumstances outwith our control (weather, customs, postal strikes and bank holidays).
Do you offer tracked shipping?
We offer a free tracked shipping service for domestic (UK) orders excluding small items which are shipped in a hard back envelope. International orders can purchase tracked shipping at a small additional cost - this will be available upon check out. We recommend tracked shipping for international orders.
What is your returns policy?
Please get in touch as soon as possible or within 21 days of delivery and we will discuss your return. Returned items must be in original condition - unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom orders - i.e 'Create your own' or personalised name items.
